Ultimate Frisbee Rules

Field Length: 60yards with two 10yards endzones.

Scoring: each goal is worth one point and the game is up to 15 win by two.

Time: two 20min halves

Kickoff: The throw off (kickoff) team stands with one foot on the endzone line they are to protect and not move until the disc is toss to the receiving team. The receiving (kick return) team can set up in any position before the mid mark.

Offense: After catching the disc the offense team must keep the frisbee moving in any direction until in the endzone or change of possesion. When the frisbee is caught the offensive player must stop in the area of where he/she caught it. When passing the disc the thrower must keep one foot stationary or have a pivot foot before passing the frisbee. The passer/thrower has ten seconds to get rid of the disc.

Defense: The defensiveman can block or intercept the disc in order to cause a turnover. When blocking a thrower the defender must be five feet away to give a chance for the disc to be tossed.

Turnovers: This happens when the frisbee is caught by a defensive player, a block occurs, if the disc is knock down, or thrown out of bounce. Offensive pass interference and stalling.
